Billy Paul "Bill" Neyman was born July 22, 1951, in Paris, the son of Albertine "Tina" Lockey and James Locke Neyman.  He married Pam Goodman.  Bill had numerous health problems and was ill for a long time. He died on his forty-ninth birthday, July 22, 2000, and was cremated. There was no obituary.
