Another of our classmates, Deborah Osborne, has passed. See her obituary below.

Deborah Jean Osborne (72)

February 8, 1951 – February 17, 2023

Deborah was born in Paris, Arkansas. She fought a tough battle with lung cancer and courageously fought hard until she couldn’t fight anymore in Lewisville where she said her goodbyes.

Graveside services will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Paris on March 26, 2023, at 2 p.m.

Leaving behind a daughter Krystie Ruthart (Quint Jones) son, Wesley Rodgers (Jennifer Rodgers) an adopted daughter which she thought of as her own Mandy Thompson (Bobby Thompson). Two grandsons; Blake Stephens and Joshua McKillop two granddaughters; Charleigh Haley and Ashley McKillop a great-granddaughter Avaylnn Stephens and great-grandson Alaster Waler, her sister Sherry Pennell (Ron Pennell) and brother Charles Osborne Jr (Cindy Osborne) and numerous nephews and only one niece.

They’re waiting for her were her mother and father (Josie Osborne and Charles Osborne Sr), the fathers of her children (Charles D. Ruthart and Steven Rodgers) and numerous aunts uncles and her grandparents

Everyone loved MEMAW. She was always a listening ear or shoulder to cry on…you always knew you could get a shower or hot meal, or a load of laundry done at her house…she always loved the kids in and out, just to be some kind of help to anyone that she could.

She wouldn’t want everyone to be sad because she’s where she needs to be… guess God needed her more than we did… Until we meet again mom/memaw.
