Patricia "Tammy" Schomburg, went home to the Lord on September 30, 2011. She was born on June 14, 1949 in Blytheville, Arkansas, to the late Charlie and Alice Akers Wilson and was 62 years of age. She was a retired floral designer.  Tammy fought a 10-year battle with cancer.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Dennis Schomburg of El Campo, daughters Mindy Murray and husband Tim of Spring, Stephanie Mallory and husband Eric of El Campo, her beloved grandchildren Kolby, Marleigh, Jace, Seth, Ty and Blaze, sisters Brenda Callihan of Paris, Dianne Penny of Bay City, brother Ray Wilson of Sugar Land, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, from 6 pm until 7 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7 pm at Triska Funeral Home.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
